+ Report directly to VP Group Director
+ Work includes branded and unbranded assets, with particular focus on custom websites, social posts, animated banners, KOL videos, Print Assets, Downloadable Screeners, Downloadable PDFs & copy updates.
+ Create Briefs, Estimates, SOWs, timelines & all associated production documents.
+ Manage and communicate with internal teams like Art, Copy, Editorial, Strategy, Resourcing, and Client Services to ensure efficient team collaboration and timely hand-off of deliverables
+ Manage a dedicated team of 3 Senior Producers dedicated to the $12 Mill.+ in Tactics associated with this campaign
+ Maintain clear understanding of client/brand vision through weekly client and inter-agency meetings; use this understanding to ensure vision is properly communicated to internal teams and pulls through in final deliverables
+ Communicate weekly with Client Services, Finance, and other members of Production Department to build/maintain scopes and tactical plans, and track billable hours to approved budgets
+ Build custom timelines for all projects; create and maintain custom content tracking systems, including tracking spreadsheets and other infrastructure to ensure assets are organized, clearly versioned, and centrally available to all team members
+ Work with regulatory for efficient navigation through MLR process, including multiple rounds of review, ensuring approvals for timely launch
